Rocky Creek Dam Circuit Walk- August 16
Start your weekend with a Saturday morning, fresh and easy walk amongst the established rainforest of Rocky Creek Dam and Nightcap National Park. We will walk up along the scrub turkey track to Gibbergunyah Range Road firetrail and circle back around crossing Rocky Creek and on through open pasture to return to the picnic ground.
Bring along a thermos and snack for some morning tea to enjoy by the reflections of the water.
Expect wet feet to cross the creek but it is easy to take your boots off. Allow 2.5 hours as the walk itself is approx. 9km. Please meet at 8am at the RCD carpark. (Grade 2/3)
