Mt Jerusalem via Blue Lagoon & Wild Dog Rd 5&6 Sep

We are going off-track from Upper Wilsons Creek, past the Blue Lagoon, up the Rockslide to the Byron Hikers camp at the headwaters of the Wilsons River (that floods Lismore). Our camp is on the intersection of the new 4-day path over Mt Jerusalem. On Sunday we go over Mt Jerusalem on part of this new 4 day Gidjum Gulganyi trail, visiting some special rainforest gullies and then returning via Wild Dog Rd which leads to a spectacular razorback ridge ascending to Blackbutt Plateau. We get off the ridge just before it becomes scary. We then drop down into the back of Dave Oliver's to rejoin our cars. We will be meeting in Wilsons Creek at 8am. Grade 4, leader Steve 0414312917
