Meet at Suffolk Park bakery for a 7.45am departure (or earlier to get coffee).
We'll car pool and drive up to Whites beach car park before walking back along the road, through the forest, before dropping down to kings beach. We walk along stunning beaches and scramble around and over rocky headlands in the inter tidal zone. It's not just a walk but doable by anyone with moderate scrambling skills. Sand shoes/ trainers are essential as are hat, swimmers, water and a snack.
A lovely morning walk. Finished by a swim at the gorgeous Whites beach.
